Principle introduction:
The interior of the blasting chamber body forms a layer of air flow
from the top to the bottom of the chamber body under the action of
the wind force. The abrasive material forms a solid-gas mixture
through the compressed air and is sprayed onto the surface of the
workpiece for chip cutting. Part of the abrasive chips is broken to
form dust. The downward flowing air stream drives the dust in the
air to mix the abrasive and the rust-removing impurities and
returns to the sorting system through the honeycomb returning sand
floor for sorting. After sorting, the recyclable sand is returned
to the storage bin for automatic sandblasting according to the
requirements of sandblasting; the non-reusable dust and impurities
are taken to the dust collector for fine filtration, and the dust
is deposited. After the waste container is recycled, the gas
filtered by the filter element is re-discharged to the atmosphere
or recycled for use in the blasting room. The whole work process is
closed, no dust spill, safe and environmentally friendly.
The complete equipment of mechanical circulation recovery type

dust collector, fan, control system, workpiece conveying system,
