1. Description:

The silicone-impregnated glass fiber fabric is highly flexible and can provide an excellent protective fabric for insulating blankets and other heat-resistant components. The silicone coating increases water and oil resistance and low smoke and flame retardancy. Although the base glass fiber fabric is rated at 1000°F/550°C, the silicone coating is rated at 550°F/287°C. Silicone coated glass fiber fabric has good flexibility, puncture resistance, and tear resistance. The dry surface of this fabric will not stick to the sewing table, making it easier to sew, drape and handle.

Jiangnan glass fiber products are made of silica and alumina to form alkali-free glass fibers. This makes them extremely resistant to high operating temperatures, mechanical resistance, chemical stability, water resistance to oil and water, and electrical and thermal insulation. These high-temperature and heat-resistant fabrics are made of fibers with a diameter of 6 or 9 microns, which provide our products with great flexibility, vibration resistance, and abrasion resistance. This type of fiberglass fabric is economical, chemically resistant, strong, and can withstand reasonable temperatures during use.
