Product features

1. The product shell is made of cast aluminum alloy; it is produced by a single die-casting process, with a smooth surface, an attractive appearance, and a high density of internal structure, and strong impact resistance. The explosion-proof performance of the product shell is excellent, and there is a permanently impressed "E" explosion-proof mark on the product.
2. After the surface of the product is removed of burrs by industrial robots and polished with high-speed shot blasting, it adopts an advanced fully automatic high-voltage electrostatic powder coating and heat curing assembly line process. The plastic layer formed on the shell surface has strong adhesion and good anti-corrosion ability.
3. The product structure is a flameproof enclosure, and there are ordinary travel switch components inside the enclosure.
4. According to the action form of the driving head, it can be divided into: piston type, roller piston type, roller type rotating arm, roller type fork rotating arm, and flexible contact. Customers can choose as needed.
5. The sealing strip is produced by a one-component polyurethane one-time line casting foaming process, with high protection performance.
6. All exposed fasteners are made of stainless steel.
7. Both steel pipes and cable wiring are available.
