WE-600 series digital display hydraulic universal testing machine
is mainly used for tensile test of mechanical properties such as
tensile, compression and bending of metal materials. After adding
simple accessories, it can test cement, concrete, brick, tile,
rubber and its products. .
The machine consists of a double-column double-screw cylinder
under-mounted main engine and a piano-type oil source control
cabinet. The stretching space is located above the main unit, and
the compression and bending tests are located below the main unit,
that is, between the middle beam and the table. The adjustment of
the test space is achieved by moving the middle beam, and the
middle beam is lifted and driven by a chain. Manually adjust the
oil intake of the oil delivery valve to achieve tensile,
compression, bending and other tests. After the test is completed,
the test results of the maximum force and tensile strength of the
material are automatically obtained.
FEATURES
1. The special super-thick jaw seat holds the jaws completely in
the jaw seat when the sample is clamped in the jaws, so that the
sample clamping is more reliable, and the possibility of
trumpet-shaped deformation damage due to the shallow jaw seat is
eliminated. Greatly improve the service life of the equipment.
2. A wear-resistant lining plate is added between the jaw seat and
the jaw plate to prevent the scale from falling during the metal
stretching process, causing the slope of the jaw seat to be
scratched, so that the clamping process is smoother and more
secure.
3. The measurement and control system has fast running speed,
gentle interface and various sample information input modes, which
can meet the test of different materials. For the same condition,
the sample is input multiple times automatically.
4. The test force shows that the resolution of the whole process is
constant to ensure the accuracy of the measurement of the
experimental data.
5. Test data (test force, loading rate) and test curve are
displayed on the dynamic real-time screen along with the test
process.
6. Automatic analysis, automatic storage and printing of
experimental data after the end of the experiment.
7. When the load exceeds 2%-100% of the slow range, the automatic
overload protection is stopped.

protected and the pump motor is stopped.
