Summary
The machine consists of an organic frame, a main transmission part,
a browning mechanism, a weft pulling mechanism of a sword belt and
an automatic edge holding mechanism,
The main drive part includes motor, two-stage belt drive and
crankshaft, and the pulley of the second stage belt drive is
installed on the crankshaft. The weft pulling mechanism of the
rapier includes gear, eccentric rod, connecting rod, pipe joint
bearing, weft clamping device, sword path and rapier belt. A pin
shaft is fixed on the gear. The upper end hole of the eccentric rod
is sleeved on the pin shaft of the gear. Two connecting rods have
holes at both ends. A hemispherical concave bowl is arranged in the
middle of the connecting rod. The left end hole of the connecting
rod is sleeved on the fixed pin shaft. The other end hole of the
connecting rod is movably connected with the lower end hole of the
eccentric rod by a pin shaft, The right end hole of the other
connecting rod is sleeved on the fixed pin shaft, the middle part
of the two connecting rods is movably connected by the pipe joint
bearing, the left end hole of the other connecting rod is movably
connected with the pipe joint bearing, the pipe joint bearing is
connected with the rack, the rack is meshed with the gear, the gear
is fixed with the sword belt through the rod, and the sword belt is
reciprocating in the sword path. The chain wheel and chain drive
the chain wheel of the edge gripper to cut the weft and grip the
edge. The working surfaces of the two cams are installed on the
central shaft in a positive and negative way. One end of the two
brown feet is fixed, the other end is connected with the brown
through the pull rod and swings around the fixed end. There are
rollers in the middle of the two brown feet, and the two brown feet
are hung on the pulley respectively

6 | Type ZWJ-1300B weaving machine is an improvement based on Type ZWJ-1300A weaving machine to satisfy the user's requirement, as some of the parts are rebuilt, Type B machine is especially improved in the rigidity when comparing with Type A machine, and thus it is more suitable for weaving with wires in larger diameters. For type ZWJ-1600Q weaving machine, the weave breadth is enlarged on the basis of Type ZWJ-1300A and ZWJ-1300B weaving machines. |
