The SAMSON Type 6493 is a pneumatic-only differential pressure controller that uses a diaphragm and torque-tube system to produce a 3–15 psig output signal. It is a no-electronics solution for maintaining differential pressure in steam, water and gas systems. Plants with pneumatic instrumentation or hazardous areas often select it for its simplicity and proven long-term reliability.
