1inch to 8inch Dewatering Pump Hose for groundwater abstraction NSF
61 Standard
Welline HP is made from extruded thermoplastic polyether based polyurethane
(TPU) with excellent wear & tear properties and is approved by
NSF 61 standard.
The reinforcement is made from circular woven filament polyester
yarn. The extrusion through the weave production method gives a
very strong bonding between cover and lining as well as firmly
encapsulating the woven polyester.
The structure of Welline HP ensure that exposure to seawater and
contamination by most chemical substances, hydrocarbons, oils,
alkalis, acids and greases must have no effect on the short or long
term performance of Welline HP hose.

Installation
1. Assemble Weline HP hoses with WLHC coupling
2. Connecting WLHC coupling with submersible pumps
3. Attach power cable using Welline HP cable Straps
4. Hang Welline HP hose and pump
5. Lower Welline HP hose and pump into well
6. Assemble the other end of hose with WLHC coupling
7. Connecting WLHC coupling with well head base
8. Fix well head base
9. Install elbows, valve and other output pipes
For some large boreholes, vehicles and cranes are required to
assist installation.
