Machine function

[1]. Using ultrasonic vibration&special flower wheel, after pressurizing, achieve the desired effect.

[2]. During processing, it does not emit smoke, sparks, does not harm the edges of the cloth, and can avoid burrs.

[3]. The flower wheel can be changed according to the customer's needs.

[4]. It can be manufactured continuously without preheating.

[5]. It can adjust the equipment to obtain the mask width, nose bridge line, and ear-loop length required by the customer.

Machine Introduction

This machine is three machine combine together: Mask blank machine, Connection machine and Ear-loop welding machine. Using the advantage PLC control all the machines. This machine from the raw materials, mask body making,auto sent to ear-loop machine, ear-loop welding, mask finished all production line automatic complete finished.
