This production line consists of two sets of new type double head uncoiler,one set of preheatingdevice,one PU high pressure foaming machine,one mobile casting machine,one set of side paperdevice,laminating conveyor,one set(electricity,steam)heated air circulation device,one band center slitting trimming machine,one automatic tracking cutting machine,mill frame,etc.

Working Principle

Polyurethane resin,curing agent,and foaming agent are delivered to high-speed mixing head in certain proportion through metering pump,evenly mixed and continuously coat on basal plate by coating head’s reciprocating motion,then enter into double crawler machine with plate,foam and cure between the top and bottom layer of heated double crawler machine;when it is cured and shaped,the trimming device on both sides will get it into accurate size.Finally,the sizing following tracing cutting machine cut off it as per preset length.
