Product Description
WNS Series High Efficiency Oil Fired Steam Boiler
The product model is WNS, which is a horizontal internal combustion
three-return fuel (gas) fast-loading integrated boiler with wet
back structure. The waveform furnace gallbladder and the reburning
chamber are the first return, the second return is the flue gas
pipe, and the third return is composed of an energy saver and a
condenser. Boilers are equipped with complete automatic control
devices and safety protection devices to realize automatic water
level control, alarm and shutdown of the lowest water level;
automatic ignition of boilers, automatic adjustment of burner
firepower and flame-out protection to ensure the safe operation of
boilers.
Boiler softening water enters the condenser first and returns to
the soft water tank after preheating in the condenser (and cooling
the flue gas at the same time). The preheated softening water is
fed to the energy saver through the feed pump, heated further by
the energy saver, and then fed to the boiler body.
Brief Introduction of Boiler Operating Conditions
The boiler can operate steadily under 80%-100% working conditions.
Under 100% rated load, the operating parameters of the boiler are:
feed water temperature is 20 C, rated working pressure is 1.25 MPa,
10 tons of water vapor with temperature of 193.4 C can be produced
within an hour. If the fuel is natural gas, the calculated thermal
efficiency is 98.96%, the exhaust gas temperature is 48.93 C, and
the fuel consumption is 754.78NM3/h (the product is used for a
day). Low calorific value of natural gas (> 36.36MJ/NM3).
