Laser Cleaning Principle:

Laser cleaning is used to irradiate the surface of the object to be cleaned by pulsed laser, so that the surface attachment of the object can absorb laser energy and generate thermal expansion, and reduce the binding force between the substrate and the attachment.At the same time, high frequency vibration impact is generated by outputting high frequency pulse laser energy, so that the attachment is crushed and separated from the matrix.
