Strengthen member is a necessary part in various fiber cable, Fiberall provides many different strengthen member for fiber optic cable. Such as aramid yarn, glass fibers, FRP, KFRP, steel wire and so on. Aramid yarn the most commonly used reinforcement, is with high strength, high modulus, soft and flexible, but the cost is high; Glass yarn is with moderate strength and modulus , it is soft and has a certain anti rat effect, it is cost is lower and used in certain designated cable type; FRP (fiber glass reinforced plastic ) is glass yarn coating resin, it is with low cost, usually used as core reinforcement unit in stranded cable and also used as strengthen member in FTTH drop cable; KFRP (aramid fiber rod) is aramid yarn coated resin, its cost is high and always used as reinforcement in FTTH drop cables; Phosphating steel wire / galvanized steel wire is high strength, high modulus, it is hard and with low price, it is used as strengthen member in outdoor FTTH drop cables; Steel wire strand is with high strength, high modulus, it is flexible and with high price, often used as cable reinforcement in outdoor fiber cable or messenger in self-supporting fiber cable; As for low price solution, we also provide domestic yarn (polyester yarn) , it is with poor strength and low modulus, and the cost is also low, it only used in customized solution which do not have high requirement on strength.

1, Other than 2.0mm fan-out, we also provide other breakout dimension like 2.4mm, 3.0mm, but the diameter and cable capacity may be different;

2, We provide PVC, LSZH(LSOH), Hytrel, TPU, PE jacket for option, different material in the same cable is allowed;

3, Customized print, length, color, label, packing are available.
