1. Broken bridge aluminum alloy window is an improved type based on
the old aluminum alloy window in order to improve the thermal
insulation performance of doors and windows. The principle of
broken bridge aluminum alloy window is to use PA66 nylon to
separate and closely connect the indoor and outdoor two layers of
aluminum alloy into a whole to form a new heat-insulating aluminum

inner cavity corner of its profile, and the plastic welding corner
strength of window frame, leaf corners and T-joints is relatively
low, so the wind pressure resistance strength is not strong.
4. The sound insulation effect is good. The excellent bridge cutoff
aluminum doors and windows use EPDM sealing strips, which are
anti-aging, anti-corrosion and ozone resistant. The overall sealing
effect is much better than the PVC sealing strips used for inferior
doors and windows, because the PVC sealing strips are easy to
corrode and crack, and can not achieve the sealing effect at all.

Compared with electroplating, the history of electroless nickel
plating is relatively short. Its real application in industry
abroad is only in the late 1970s and early 1980s.
The application of electroless nickel plating process is nearly ten
years later than the laboratory research results. After the Second
World War, American general transportation company became
interested in this process. They wanted to nickel the inner surface
of caustic soda cylinder, but the ordinary electroplating method
could not be realized. Five years later, they studied and developed
the technology of electroless nickel phosphorus alloy and published
many patents. In 1955, they created their first experimental
production line and made a commercially useful electroless nickel
plating solution. The commercial name of this electroless nickel
plating solution is "kanigen".
At present, electroless nickel plating has become a very mature
high-tech abroad, especially in the United States, Japan and
Germany, and has been widely used in various industrial
departments.
The industrial production of electroless nickel plating in China
started late, but it has developed very rapidly in recent years.
Not only a large number of papers have been published, but also a
national electroless plating conference has been held. According to
the statistics of the articles published in the fifth annual
electroless plating conference, there are more than 300
manufacturers, but this figure should be very conservative at that
time. It is speculated that the total scale of electroless nickel
