Product Description:

Portable particle counter is designed with the principle of photoresist method (shading method), which is a rapid detection device specially for field oil contamination level. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, fast detection speed, high accuracy, good repeatability, etc. It can work under extremely harsh conditions such as high temperature and high pressure, etc. portable particle counter has built-in micro water sensor and temperature sensor, which can detect the water content and temperature together with the contamination level in the oil. It can be widely used in aerospace, petrochemical, transportation and port, iron and steel metallurgy, automobile manufacturing and other fields for the detection of hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, transformer oil (insulating oil), turbine oil (turbine oil), gear oil, engine oil and other fluids.


Technical Features:

1. Adopt the principle of photoresist method (shading method) and use high-precision laser sensor, small size, high precision and stable performance.

2. Suitable for laboratory or field testing, also optional pressure reduction device for online high pressure measurement, to achieve real-time detection of in-use oil particle contamination.

3. Built-in calibration function. It can be calibrated according to GB/T21540, ISO4402, GB/T18854 and other standards.

4. Built-in data analysis system. It can automatically determine the sample level according to the standard, with automatic data processing and printing function.

5. The alarm level can be set arbitrarily, and the alarm is prompted when the limit value is exceeded to achieve contamination or cleanliness detection.

6. Built-in micro water sensor and temperature sensor.

7. External pressure chamber can be connected to form positive / negative pressure, to achieve the detection of high viscosity samples and sample degassing.

8. With volume flushing and duration flushing mode, convenient for users to use and maintain.

9. Chinese and English input, one key switch.
