This equipment is mainly used to test the physical and other related properties of electronic and electrical products, lamps, cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles and their parts under the simulated dripping weather conditions. After the test, the performance of the product is judged to meet the requirements by verification, so as to facilitate the design, improvement, verification and delivery inspection of the product.

1. It is applicable to the waterproof grade test of IPX1 and IPX2.
2. Column structure, stable operation of equipment; The main frame
can be packaged as a whole, which is convenient for transportation
and saves on-site installation time.
3. The equipment frame is made of high-quality aluminum alloy, and
the sample turntable is made of SUS304 # stainless steel plate to
ensure no rust after long use.
4. Raindrop plate: vacuum design, made of high rust proof stainless
steel, durable.
5. Raindrop plate lifting: high-quality electric hoist is used to
control the raindrop plate, which can be lifted gently.
6. The nozzle contact position is brass tapered design, which can
quickly replace the needle; A stainless steel mesh protective cover
is installed under the needle to effectively prevent the test
operator's head from accidentally touching the test needle.
7. Drip flow: the flowmeter is equipped with a regulating valve,
which can be adjusted manually and accurately.
8. The rain drip panel can be raised and lowered automatically, and
the nozzle will stop automatically when it is 200 mm from the
highest point of the tested object (detected by the photoelectric
switch).
9. It has the function of compressed air drying. After the test is
completed, the excess water in the drip box can be removed to avoid
blocking the pinhole due to long-time ponding and scaling.
10. The sample stage uses a stepping motor, and the rotation speed
and standard angle can be accurately set on the touch screen. The
IPX1 standard requires a speed of 1r/min; It can automatically
complete IPX2 angle test requirements: four positions drip rain for
2.5min respectively.
11. The turntable is equipped with a sample power socket
(AC220,10A). The power on and power off time of the sample power
can be controlled through the program: power off (0-999min) - power
on (0-999min) - power off (0-999min), which is applicable to the
power on and power off of the sample during the test.
12. The core control components are 7-inch touch screen+Panasonic
PLC; The electrical components are imported brands such as LS and
Omron; The wiring process shall meet the requirements of national
standards, the layout of the electric board shall be reasonable,
the wiring shall be firm, and the marks shall be clear.
13. The equipment base is equipped with 4 movable band brake
casters for convenient movement and fixation.
