PPR Pipe Making Machinery Production Line Plastic Extruder
Introduction:
The PPR Pipe Making Machinery Production Line is a fully automated
system designed for manufacturing high-quality Polypropylene Random
Copolymer (PPR) pipes, widely used in plumbing, HVAC, and
industrial fluid transportation. This advanced production line
integrates a high-efficiency plastic extruder, precision sizing,
cooling, cutting, and stacking systems to ensure smooth, durable,
and dimensionally accurate PPR pipes.
Extrusion line details:
Material Feeding & Mixing
PPR resin pellets are fed into the hopper and mixed with
stabilizers/colorants (if required).
Plastic Extrusion
The single/twin-screw extruder melts and homogenizes the material
at controlled temperatures (200-260°C).
Molten plastic is pushed through a die head to form a continuous
pipe shape.
Vacuum Sizing & Calibration
The pipe enters a vacuum sizing tank to achieve precise diameter
and wall thickness.
Cooling System
Passes through spray or immersion cooling tanks to solidify the
pipe structure.
Hauling & Length Measurement
Puller units maintain steady speed while an encoder measures pipe
length.
Automatic Cutting
A servo cutter or saw cuts pipes to preset lengths (4m/6m or
custom).
Stacking & Packaging
Finished pipes are conveyed to an automatic stacker and packed for
shipment.
