1.Raw Material Feeding
PE pellets (HDPE/PP) are fed into the hopper of the extruder.
Optional: Color masterbatch can be added for colored pipes.
2. Melting & Extrusion
The material is heated and melted in the single/twin-screw extruder
(depending on model).
Molten plastic is pushed through the die head to form a continuous
pipe shape.
3. Corrugation Molding
The pipe enters the corrugator mold, where a vacuum forming system
shapes it into a corrugated structure (bellows design).
Cooling water tanks solidify the pipe structure instantly.
4. Traction & Cutting
The haul-off unit pulls the pipe at a controlled speed.
An automatic cutting machine slices the pipe into desired lengths
(e.g., 6m, 12m).
5. Stacking & Packaging
Finished pipes are collected and stacked by an automatic stacking
machine.
Bundled for storage or shipment.
