For the Conical twin screw extruder, It mainly has 65/132, 80/156, 92/188 and so on. It is often used to produce pvc pipes and profile, panel, sheet and pelletizing, etc..

The conical twin screw extruder is consisted of driving motor, gearbox,screw and barrel, and electrical control conbinet. For the 80/156 conical twin screw extruder, its capacity can be up to 400kg/h. By exact design, its capacity can also be higher to 800kg/h.

• Driving motor: equipped with famous brand motor as driving source
• Gearbox: equipped with famous brand gearbox to ensure the maximum output of power
• Screw & barrel: it is made of bi-metallic. The screw core is equipped with device of temperature regulation of oil as medium and barrel is equipped with air blower as cooling device. The designing of screw and barrel will adapt the reasonable and optimal structure based on the characteristics of the formula of raw material ensure to get the plasticizing and melt stream for plastics.
• Control system: equipped with famous brand electrical components ensure to get the accurate control.
