COMPONENTS AND FEATURES:
Plastic powder and granules can be transferred gently with
pneumatic conveying systems. Pneumatic conveying, handling and
dosing systems are used to convey, load, unload, fill, discharge
and dose bulk solids. Granules and powder materials can be
transported through pipes by vacuum or pressure. There exists large
number of applications that use pneumatic conveying systems.
In production for providing the desired process in the purpose of storing and
holding capacity from 5 to 30 m3 volume of the raw materials
storage silos are operative. Raw material storage silos can be
manufactured from black metal and stainless steel, assembly and
design by our factory. Dimensions and diameters of the silos are
designed and produce according to the capacity of the production
(client factory) and size of the area to be established. In
production of materials with intensive calcite to provide easier
drain vibro-motor of adequate power is used.
PVC mixers applied in the extrusion lines for PVC cable channel are
an essential and integral part of high performance processing
units.

Optional Accessories:
- The production will be with soft starter if frequency inverter is
not ordered with the machine.
- The production will be with Microcontroller if PLC is not ordered
with the machine.
Mixture quantity:
- Including all of additives and raw material density, which will be
mixed, are calculated as 0.5kg/lt and mixture temperature 120
degrees centigrade. Depend of the auxiliary raw material, the
loading system can be different.
- Changeable quantity is the event of the plant temperature
conditions.
