Overview
The fire investigation modeling robot is equipped with a laser
radar rotating scanner, which can quickly and stably obtain spatial
three-dimensional data. Through 3D point cloud processing software
and flexible use of scripts, it can quickly perform analysis and
processing, such as volume calculation, material positioning,
object recognition, etc. Then, the processing results are stored in
the database, and reports and web page displays are generated. This
is to meet various needs of enterprises for data information
collection, automation and digitalization.
Lidar rotation surveying system, based on high-precision and
cost-effective single-line and multi-line lidar, generates
high-density point clouds through real-time angle control by the
intelligent pan-tilt unit, with an accuracy of centimeter level. It
can be used for 3D modeling, material level detection, coal pile
volume detection, grain warehouse volume detection, etc., and can
also be used for unmanned operations in intelligent warehousing.
The rotation scanning range and scanning speed of the intelligent
pan-tilt unit can be set arbitrarily, and the pan-tilt unit has a
switch function, sharing a single network cable with the radar, and
controlling the pan-tilt unit and receiving radar data through a
single network cable, simplifying the wiring. The radar
transmission uses network interface communication, which can adapt
to long-distance control and data transmission. The real-time data
can be transmitted to the monitoring or central control center
through the network (or wireless network). There can be up to
dozens or even hundreds of radar installation points, sharing one
server, facilitating centralized control and management.
