I. Product Overview
The walking demolition robot (walking excavator) is a multi-functional excavator and multi-tool with a multi-functional platform. It is composed of a working device, a cab, a chassis, a rotation mechanism and a hydraulic system. It is supported by four legs (which can also have walking wheels) and four hydraulic cylinders operate independently. The lengths and support positions of the four legs can be adjusted in the longitudinal, lateral and vertical directions, significantly improving the applicability and stability of the excavator. It is highly suitable for excavation operations in uneven and narrow areas.
II. Scope of Application
The walking demolition robot (walking excavator) is widely applicable to military facilities, highways, municipal river dredging, digging trenches for communication cables in the wild, blasting and drilling in complex terrains, rock breaking, heavy object transportation, and hoisting.

I. Capability for Handling Complex Terrain
For complex terrain scenarios such as mountains and plateaus, a
wheeled-leg-claw highly mobile chassis has been developed, which
enables manned/unmanned driving in dangerous environments of
complex terrain, achieving rapid mobility, high-altitude obstacle
crossing, steep slope climbing, and slope operation functions of
the equipment.
II. Multi-functional Hydraulic Wrist and Front Attachments
In response to the problem that relying solely on a single function
of attachments leads to restricted operation content and low
efficiency in actual engineering operations such as excavation,
demolition, and rescue, multi-functional hydraulic wrists and
operation attachments have been equipped. Through the
multi-functional hydraulic wrists, different attachments can be
quickly switched, enabling continuous multi-task operations such as
excavation, clamping and grasping, hole drilling and core
extraction, and crushing.
III. Wireless Communication and Remote Control Function
The complex terrain emergency rescue robot has microwave
communication capabilities. The communication distance under
non-visual conditions is not less than 1 km, and it has two
operation modes: manned driving and remote control.
IV. Toxic Gas Detection Function
The complex terrain emergency rescue robot has more than 6 types of
toxic and harmful gas detection capabilities.
