Introduction:

SH/75C(4/3C-) with a max. power of 60Kw is a metal lined slurry pump suitable for abrasive slag, sand, sludge and silt. Once the wet-end parts are worn out, they can be replaced by the same material, or changed to natural rubber or polyurethane. The dimensions will all match, which is a very obvious advantage of SME slurry pumps. The pump can be driven by electric motor or diesel engine, and they can be connected directly by coupings or by V-belts.

The seal type of slurry pump SH/75C(4/3C-) can be expeller ring seal, packing seal or mechanical seal and all sorts of special combined seals:

1. Expeller drive seal: Use pressure seal produces by impeller and expeller in series, packing or lip sealing ring for shut down seal.

2. Packing seal: The routing sealing systems are suitable for various conditions and can be used in the corrosin or high temperature conditions such as polytetrafluoroethylene packing, graphite packing and etc. It also can be used in strong abrasive condition duty eith shaft ceramic sleeve of sprey weld.

High hardness creamic and alloy are adopted for material of friction parts. Design & macting of mechanical seal & sealing box is suitable for fluid state.
