1, Tri-staple Tech (Most important difference)

2, Stepped reload surface

Please kindly refer to attached picture A, the cartridge surface of IV generation is stepped, this will providing lateral dispersion of tissue fluid to facilitate compressing and firing. Also this design will prevent the distal-end tissue from being squeezed out to ensure effective stapling length.

3, Fixed Anvil

Please kindly refer to attached picture B, the anvil of new generation is fixed while III generation is fixed cartridge.

In surgery the thin anvil will easily pass through gaps and this will reduce the tissue damage.

Besides, when close the jaw, cartridge clamp into anvil, clamping force will be much bigger than anvil clamp into cartridge. Because of the bigger clamping force, after close the jaw, the tissue will not able to drop out, this is a big improvement than III generation.

Function

Disposable Endo GIA Stapler places two, triple-staggered rows of titanium staples and simultaneously divides the tissue between the two, triple-staggered rows. The stapler can take the place of handwork to cut and suture the tissue at the same time.
