Description:
This product adopts fluorescent ultraviolet lamps that best
simulate the UV spectrum in sunlight, and combines temperature
control, humidity and other devices to simulate the high
temperature, high humidity, condensation, dark rain cycle and other
factors that cause damage to the material such as discoloration,
brightness, intensity reduction, cracking, peeling, chalking,
oxidation, etc., and at the same time, through the synergistic
effect between ultraviolet light and moisture, the single light
resistance or single moisture resistance of the material is
weakened or invalid, so it is widely used in the evaluation of the
weather resistance of the material. The equipment has the
characteristics of providing excellent sunlight UV simulation, low
maintenance cost, easy to use, automatic operation of the equipment
by control, high degree of automation of the test cycle, good
lighting stability, and high reproducibility rate of test results.

Ultraviolet light:
The first-order optical reaction is not sensitive to temperature
changes, however, the speed of the subsequent second-order
reactions is closely related to temperature changes. In general, as
the temperature increases, the reaction speed accelerates, so it is
important to control the temperature during the UV exposure test,
and it is more important to match the test temperature used in the
accelerated test to the high temperature encountered by the
material in the actual application. The temperature of the UV
process in the device is set to any point of 50°C~70°C, depending
on the illuminance level and the indoor ambient air temperature.
The temperature regulation of the equipment is completed by a
controller with a microcomputer calculation function to direct a
series of systems such as air heater and water heater in the
equipment.
Humidity:
As the temperature increases, the damaging power of moisture on the
material increases dramatically. Therefore, temperature control is
a basic requirement in humidity and overgrowth. Furthermore, the
acceleration effect requires a high temperature environment to be
maintained during wet processes. Therefore, the temperature of the
condensation process is set at any point of 40°C~60°C.

Experimental Methods:
Fix the samples on shelves and face the fluorescent lamp. There are
not enough samples for selyes, please fill it with black board to
make sure the lest chamber sealed. Testing temperature: can adopt
50, 60 or 70°C. Recommend 60°C for test, temperalure of
condensation is 50°C, temperature fluctuation is ±3°C.
The cycle of condensation includes two cycles:
1. 4 hour UV lamp and 4 hour condensalion;
2. 8 hour UV lamp and 4 hour condensation.
