High Frequency Hardening Quenching Induction Heating Machine
Description
Induction heating equipment is a kind of three-phase alternating
current (ac) power frequency, after rectification into direct
current, then laid adjustable current, direct current supply by the
capacitor and inductor in the flow of alternating current, generate
high density magnetic field lines in the induction coil, induction
coil, and cutting in cheng fang of metal materials, produce a lot
of eddy current in the metal materials. In Shanghai's feeling
electric technology put a metal cylinder has alternating medium
frequency current in induction coil, metal cylinder has no direct
contact with induction coil, electric coil temperature is very low,
but the surfaces are heated to redness, and even melt, and the
redness and melting speed as long as adjust the strength of the
size and current frequency can be achieved. If the cylinder is
placed in the center of the coil, the temperature around the
cylinder is the same, and the heating and melting of the cylinder
does not produce harmful gases or strong light to pollute the
environment.

Heating Principle
The principle of high frequency induction heating is that apply
high frequency alernating current to a conduct that is curled to
cyclic (normally copper tube) to produce flux, then put the metal
to this area to make the flux to run through it, and eddy current
will be generated in the deriction of self-capturing with
flux(rotary current), the induced current then generates heat under
the influence of the eddy current, so this heating method is called
induction heating. hence, metal and other objects under heated can
be heated without contact. at this moment, the character of the
eddy current relies in that the induction heating on the object
nearby the coil is outwardly strong but inwardly weak. with this
principle. this heating body can be concentratedly heated where
needed to achieve instantly effect, thereby the production output
and work capacity are both improved.
