Working principle

The definition of soldering machine solder can be found that "wetting" is the leading role in the welding process. The so-called welding is the use of liquid "solder" wet on the base material and achieve the effect of joint. This phenomenon is similar to water poured on a solid surface, except that the weld solidifies into joints as the temperature decreases. When the solder is wetted on the substrate, theoretically the two will be combined with metal chemical bonds, and form a continuous joint, but in practice, the substrate will be eroded by the air and the surrounding environment, and form a layer of oxide film to block the "solder", so that it can not achieve better wetting effect. The phenomenon is similar to water poured on a greasy plate, which only collects in partial places rather than being evenly distributed across the plate. If you fail to remove the oxide film on the surface of the substrate, even if barely stained with "solder", its binding force is very weak.

Method of use

1. choose the appropriate solder, should be used for welding electronic components with low melting point solder wire.

2. flux, with 25% rosin dissolved in 75% alcohol (weight ratio) as flux.

3. soldering machine before the use of tin, the specific method is: the electric iron is heated, to just be able to melt solder, coated with flux, and then coated with solder evenly on the iron head, so that the iron head evenly eat a layer of tin.
