Description:
Needle flame tester adopts full cold plate electrostatic high-grade
paint outer box; using the current advanced embedded computer
control, to achieve full intelligent control.
The needle flame test is to use a needle burner of the specified
size (Φ0.9mm), with a specific gas (butane or propane), and the
sample is fired at a 45° angle. The sample and the ignition mat are
cited. Burning time and burning length are used to assess the risk
of ignition of small flames inside the equipment due to fault
conditions.
Needle flame tester is applicable to GB4706.1, GB8898.1, GB4943.1,
GB7000.1, GB4793.1 and other standards, such as lighting,
low-voltage electrical appliances, household appliances, machine
tools, electrical machinery, electric tools, electronic
instruments, electrical instruments The research, production and
