This newly designed fully automatic lubricating oil oxidation stability tester(Rotary Bomb Method),adopts metal bath to heat,replacing oil bath.It can reduce the harm to body from smoke,and it has many advantages like small size,easy operation,clean and environment-friendly.
Meanwhile,it has function of automatic sweeping.
I. Main technical features
1. It’s controlled by micro-computer,which can test 2 samples simultaneously.The whole test process and data printing are proceeded automatically.
2.The large screen display dual curves,including controlling status,pressure curve,test data etc.The whole test is apparent.
3.It can automatically increase pressure and sweep,which reduce workload of operator greatly.
4.All controlling parts adopt imported components,and it highly guarantees the reliability of apparatus.
5.It has alarming functions for test failure and fault,which is convenient for fault diagnosis.
6.Oxygen bomb is easy to dismantle,without leakage
7.The oxidation stability tester has self-protection function.When temperature exceeds upper limit,the system alarms automatically and power will be turned off.
8.There is safety door in the front of heating bath,where the spares and sample can be places conveniently.
9.Pressure transmitter is installed on bomb directly,avoiding leakage of hose connection.
