3. Baking and Roasting
How to use:
Fully preheat the stone before baking,we recommend at minimum 500℉.

  1. For home oven,it may take about 40-60 mins(depends on the performance of the oven).
  2. Placing the stone on bottom,middle or top rack is available.
  3. If using a grill,preheat to 500℉ takes about 30 mins.
  4. When the stone is hot enough to bake,dusts the pizza peel with cornmeal or other flour before putting the dough on it,and then transfer the pizza to the hot stone.

How to clean:

  1. Upon receiving your stone,use wet clean light towel to clean the stone and then dry it.
  2. After baking,sweep away the cornmeal or dough particles.
  3. Scraping away the residue with flat and dull metal scraper or brush when the stone is still warm.
  4. If there is still residue sticks on the stone,please soak your stone in hot water and clean away the residue after they are soften.
  5. Running the self-cleaning cycle of your oven will helps cleaning the stone.
