Q: What are Inflatable Arches made of?
A: Durable Oxford cloth or PVC tarpaulin material, weather-resistant, waterproof, fire-retartant, UV protective, Ripstop 0.25mm to 1.0mm thickness available.

Q: Why PVC tarpaulin more expensive than Oxford cloth?
A: PVC Tarpaulin is better than Oxford cloth mainly by following features:
1). excellent abrasion resistance
2). outstanding low-temperature performance
3). more heavy duty and better wind resistance.
4). better printing effect
5). very good tear strength
6). easy to clean
7). easy to repair by glue

Q: How to inflate an Inflatable Arch?
A: Can inflate with air by electric air blower(s) included. It usually takes 1 to 2 minutes to inflate an arch depending on design.

Q: Can we use Inflatable Arch in winds?
A: Yes, we make D rings and match ropes for you to tie for stability. You can also use sand bags or water bags to increase stability. However, please consider the arch as a balloon and use it depending on actual scene.

Q: Can we use Inflatable Arch in rain?
A: Yes, especially airtight arches. But since the blower is connected with electricity, we don't suggest long time use under heavy rain although the arch material and blower plastic case are waterproof.

Q: Can make with our logo printings?
A: Yes. This may be extra charged depending on quantity, printing colour and size (usually $30 to US$300). You may send us high resolution artwork in AI, JPG, PDF or PSD format, or we design for you.

Q: What happens if the Arch punctures?
A: Due to constant blown air, the arch can still be blown up and use as long as the damaged area is smaller. The damage can be repaired by sewing machine, and PVC tarpaulin arches can also simply be repaired by our repair kit.

Q: Can you send me design sketch to confirm before production?
A: Yes. After you place an order, we can make design sketch based on your custom requirements, and will start production after your confirmation. We will take photos or video for your confirmation before shipment.

Maintain & Storage:
1. Disinfect and clean the balloon regularly.
2. Check the ball before using. Any damage, please mend it with repair kit (material patches and glue).
3. After use, please remove sundries outside and inside the balloon.
4. Before packing, make sure the ball is clean and dry. Then store it in cool and dry place.

Printing - We adopts digital painting with environmental protection, non-toxic, we will also add extra protection liquid covering on which is also imported from USA, so that the painting won't be faded easily. Also, the paint has passed the SGS test and lead-free. This is very important for inflatable products, because most of our products are used by children.

3. Sewing - We adopt special double needles sewing and the sewing machine is imported from Japan. The heavy duty nylon threads are strong and has the SGS certificate passed.

4. Shipping - We have our shipping agent, they have rich experience in shipping and they will finish it well.
