How to order:

2. We send you quotation for confirmation. After everything confirmed, we will send you proforma invoice. You need to sign on it and send back to us by e-mail or fax.

3. You transfer deposit payment for your order, and send us the bank bill for our confirmation.

4. After received your deposit, we will release your order to factory for production.

5. Once the goods finished, we will email you pictures for confirmation.

6. After you confirm the pictures, you can arrange balance to us and arrange shipment with your forwarder. We can also arrange shipment for customers if you want.

Specification:

1. Material: All of Xincheng inflatables are made with high-strength 18.5 oz. vinyl. It has 3 layers and Tensile strength more than 2000N/50mm. That translates to a stronger and more tear resistant final product.

2. Stitches: double and quadruple stitched. Our seams are constructed with extra heavy weight, twisted, multi-filament, nylon thread.

3. Reinforcements: Double to fourfold stitches to make sure product firm and extend use life span.

4. Anchors: Our anchors are constructed of heavy duty vinyl. 2’’ heavy duty D Rings are used in the anchor points.

5. Air Inlet / Outlet: 1.5m to 2m length airtube to inflate up,and quickly deflation with Zippers covered by Verclo sealed flap covers.

6. Safety Signs: places safety signs on every inflatable. It ensure that all players are aware of the safety and operation rules. These signs protect you and your customers.

3. Sewing - We adopt special double needles sewing and the sewing machine is imported from Japan. The heavy duty nylon threads are strong and has the SGS certificate passed.
