Q1. What is the MOQ limit (Minimum Order Quantity)?
A: Usually it's 1 carton for our stock size items. You can order 1 or 2 pcs as sample.
Q2. What about the lead time?
A: If the product is in stock, it'll take 1~3 days. Or it will take 7~25 days to produce.
Q3. What is the payment terms?
A: For small order, we require 100% T/T or PayPal in advance.
For bulk order, we require 30% in advance, balance against B/L or before shipment.
Q4. How can I pay?
A: We accept T/T or Wire transfer, PayPal, Western Union.
Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
