Controller Installation Flow

• Check the package and then check the controller for damage after unpacking. Damaged controller cannot be installed in the system.
• For controller whose dump load box is separated, please connect dump load box to the “DUMP LOAD” terminals of the controller.
• Connect battery positive pole to the positive (+) “BATTERY” terminal, Connect battery negative pole to the negative (-) “BATTERY” terminal with copper core cable.
• (Note: Although the controller has anti-reverse connection protection function, wrong polarity of battery shall be forbidden! Please refer to Appendix I for copper wire over current capability.)
• Connect the wind turbine output lines to the “WIND INPUT” terminals in condition of wind turbine in action-less or low speed.
• Connect solar panels to the “SOLAR INPUT” terminals.
• Check all connection is proper and firm or not.
• If the controller has communication function, user can read and set relevant parameters via software.
• User can set relevant parameters through LCD buttons.

Installation Notices

Please strictly follow the installation notices as below.

1. The machine should be put indoor where is well-ventilated.

2. Do not put the equipment in a compartment with flammable liquids, such as gasoline, or explosive vapors. Beware of the flame and the spark.

3. Avoid exposing the equipment under direct sunshine exposure, rain, moist, acid mist and dust.

4. Ambient Temperature is -20～+55℃; Ambient Humidity is 35～85%RH, no condensing.

5. Allow at least 20 inches (0.5 m) distance from battery.

6. If the equipment is used in the area of altitude higher than 1000m, output power should be lower 5% for usage accordingly with every 1000m increasing.

A: Our cooperated express shipping agent is FedEx. Customer will receive the goods within 3-7 days from the date we sent out.

As for ocean shipping, it takes 1-2 months for most of country. But it is the cost effective way to arrange the over length cargo, such as pole.
