B.Using pressure gauge to test the pressure after inflating, test again after 12 hours,the different must be within 15%.
C.Make reinforcement at the corners where are easy to leak.

2. Parts peeling off control
We use big power high frequency welding machine and molds to weld the parts on the products intead of hand glue.

We can ensure the position and quantity of parts are accurate via below measures

A. For baffle structure, we make reinforcement at both ends of the baffles where the biggest pressure are.
