Description:
Single-turn wave springs are used for several applications, mainly
designed for short deflection and low to medium forces. Technology
enables to provide a dependable and accurate fit.
The free ends of a wave spring with gap type are allowed for the
spring outside diameter grows during compression, which if
constrained in a bore prevents binding of comparable stamped wave
washers, this design has dramatically improved the fatigue
resistance and lifetimes. Thus reduces costs effectively.
The Gap Type: As its name implies there is a small gap in the wave
circumference.
