• Primary belt cleaners or Pre-Cleaners are an essential part of any conveyor system, which are installed on the head pulley to provide effective cleaning.Wear-resistant polyurethane blade doesn't damage the belt and extend belt life.
• Self-adjusting spring tensioners make sure consistent pressure and effective cleaning. When the blade wears or the belt jumps,the scraper will follow up automatically to ensure good contact
• The secondary belt cleaner is installed bottom of the conveyor drum, used together with the primary belt cleaner, which has a self adjusting spring tensioner system to maintain close contact with the belt without damaging the belt and achieve good cleaning effect.
• Conveyor plow belt cleaner ,the blade is made of polyurethane material,which has good features of anti-abrasion,anti-corrosion,anti-fracture,protect the belt from damage and prolong service life of belt.The belt cleaner designed with self-adjusting spring tensions which make sure consistent pressure and effective cleaning.
• The H type precleaner is designed to be positioned on the head pulley and to remove the bulk of carryback from the belt. It's efficient precleaner in material handling applications such as coal, iron ore, bauxite and hard rock mining with vulcanized belts.
