Fully Automatic Empty Can Depalletizer / Glass Bottle Depalletizing Machine

This depalletizer is used to de-palletize various cans or glass bottle. It will de-palletizer the empty bottle from stack to conveyor again and again. Save much manpower, improve working efficiency.

This machine is fully automatic unloader, the function of which is to unload the palletizing aluminum cans produced by the canning factory from the palletizing plate with each layer as the unit, and automatically transfer them to other equipment of the filling production line. The machine with manual remove the outer package of the stack and the cardboard between the layers, and complete the unloading action.

The equipment includes main engine of unloader, stack-loading conveying system, conveying platform, operating platform and conveying belt system of out-tank.

Operating cylinder push tank: PLC controlled lifting system adopts chain type lifting. The part in contact with the tank is 304 stainless steel, the conveyor platform chain network is engineering plastic, and the conveyor belt adopts engineering plastic flat-top chain.
