This machine is used to produce glass bottle various juice, which combines ringsing, juice filling, pulp filling and capping four stations in one unit.
Specially the seperate pulp station guarantees the machine can fill big pulp.
This type machine is mainly suitable for Juice filling process.It
combine with the function of washing filling capping in one
machine, the whole process is automated, it suitable for glass
bottle juice, tea, mineral water, pure water, etc everage filling.
Each parts suitable bottle can be easily adjusted, fast and
convenient. Adopt new hot filling process, stable and reliable. So
compare with the same specifications machine,this machine has
greater efficiency. The machine adopts advanced OMROM programmed
controller(PLC) to control the machine automatically running.
Adopted air conveyor device to input bottles, the bottle output
adopts speed adjustable type. Cooperate with the inverter to make
the bottle output more stable and reliable. Photoelectric detection
each parts running status, so it has the advantage of highly
automation degree, easily operation.It is the ideal equipment of
beverage manufacturers.
