used for power distribution, control, and communication.Cable trays
are mechanical support systems that provide a rigid structural
system for electrical cables, raceways, and insulated conductors
used for electric power distribution, control, signal
instrumentation, and communication. Metal cable trays are made of
galvanized steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. There are many
sizes, here I will take the small size from 50 to 400mm for example

Cable tray machine features:
1. The decoiler is optional, you can either choose manual decoiler or hydraulic decoiler.
2. For the guiding system adjustable for different width of coil.
3. For the punching part, mold also adjustable for different width. Each time 2 rows punching. If you want to get more higher speed, you can use more punching mold.
4. After punching and then come to the before shearing and convey table. It can solve problem of changing cutter for different sizes.
5. For the main rolling forming machine, the shaft is longer and then frame along the shaft for different sizes.
At the back of the punching needles are adjustable easily.
As this is the small sizes of cable tray machine, bottom width from 50 to 400mm, if you like to use bigger one, we can also make for you. As to the cover machine, width is also adjustable.
