1. Auto exhaust flexible pipe is the important connection parts to automobile exhaust system
2.According to the different needs, the auto exhaust flexible pipe can be configured with inner liner and interlock, it plays the role of reduction of noise from the engine.
3. product structure forms, size is complete, can meet the demand of various types of design, installed between the engine and the exhaust manifold three catalytic converters, can absorb various vibration, reduce noise, partial compensation installation and effect of thermal expansion and contraction, easy to install and prolong the exhaust system life.
4. The bellows have used of hydraulic forming technology, have good flexibility and air tightness, the main raw material is stainless steel 201 304 309S 316Ti 321 409l etc. Be able to withstand high temperature and salt corrosion, ensure the design demands on the whole life of auto exhaust system.
5. In order to facilitate the installation for maintenance services, we have designed and launched flexible pipes with nipple extension on each ends, the user could cut to length as per own needs, to ensure the installation size of the entire exhaust system.
