The factory introduces two CNC machine tools, which are specially used for the production of plastic crusher blades, grinding discs, pulverizers, grinding discs, granulator discs and grinding discs, so as to ensure the high quality of blades, grinding discs or pulverizers! At the same time, we use D2 material. After treatment, the blade has the characteristics of high hardness, up to 60-63hrc and wear resistance! A set of blades can produce 300-500 tons of PE or PP plastic particles! If special hard or rigid materials such as PPMC, hips, pet and PVC will cause rapid wear of grinding disc, mill or blade, we can apply a layer of WC, TiAlN and other special alloy metal powder, which can increase the service time of plastic mill blade by three to four times compared with ordinary blade, mill or disk!
