PT-5000G-500 Precision Gap Coating Tester
PT-5000G precision coating experimental coating machine is a new
type of high-precision, high-reliability, and high-stability
experimental coating machine designed by our company for
experimental research and development. The characteristics of this
equipment are: with the independently produced and developed
high-precision coating pump and high-precision slit die head, the
liquid medicine is evenly coated on the rigid substrate to prepare
a large area thin coating with high film thickness uniformity.

Features
1. High-precision coating: The advanced gap coating technology can
achieve high-precision coating thickness control, which can usually
achieve micron-level accuracy. For example, in some electronic
material experiments that require extremely high coating accuracy,
it can control the coating thickness error within ±1 micron,
ensuring the uniformity and consistency of coating, which is
essential for the research and development of high-performance
coating products.
2. Flexible adjustment of coating parameters: Parameters such as
coating speed, coating gap, and coating pressure can be easily
adjusted. The coating speed can be adjusted in a wide range,
ranging from a few centimeters to tens of centimeters per minute,
to meet the requirements of different materials and processes. At
the same time, the coating gap can be accurately controlled, and
the minimum can be adjusted to tens of microns to meet the needs of
coating of different thicknesses. In addition, through the precise
pressure control system, the stability of pressure during the
coating process can be guaranteed to avoid affecting the coating
quality due to pressure changes.
