OEM 315 KVA 500KVA 33KV 15/0.4KV Compact Substation Transformer With RMU
This product has the advantages of smaller volume,compact
structure,high heat insulation and ventilation
function,dust-proof,prevent small animal to
enter,moist-proof,beautiful appearance and convenient to
maintenance, we can choose cold-rolled steel plate,compound color
plate and other material to make up enclosure.
All the black material of substation are taken surface
anticorrosive treatment, it will guarantee that product will be not
corroded for a long time.
HV side use HXGN26-12(F), with complete operation mistake
prevention function.

Structure and appearance:
1. Substation base plate and supporting structure adopt U-steel and
angle steel, it has higher mechanical intensity, enclosure adopts
cold-rolled steel plate or compound color plate. It has beautiful
appearance that there are no threaded connection or rivet connection from the
exposed surface.
2. Use clapboard to divide into independent room between each room
of substation.
3. In order to observe and maintain, LV room and HV room have
lighting device.
4. Reversible connecting parts of substation adopt rubber belt to
seal, with good damp-proof capacity.
5. HV room is equipped with HXGN26-12(F) RMU, and also with SF6
load switch,fuse(adopts circuit breaker,lighting arrester,earth
switch and mechanical interlock device if it required,.
6. If adopts HV measuring, it is also equipped with voltage
transformer,current transformer and measuring meter.
7. Each LV elements in LV room should be frontal arranged.
8.Instrument room on the top, it has observing window on the front.
each element has independent and removable plate,can be convenient
to maintain.
According to the requirement of reactive compensation, it should be
equipped electric device, its capacity is 15~20% of transformer.
