General:
2.1 This manual is applicable for three phases oil immersed distribution transformer produced by Tianan Electric as capacity 3150KVA and below, voltage rate 35KV and below, including three phases oil immersed distribution transformer with oil conservator and hermetically sealed distribution transformer.
2.2 Normally, this transformer is applicable for outdoor and indoor power distribution system. And its service continuity is for 20 to 30 years with very few maintenance.
2.3 The major technical parameter of transformer can be read from sample instruction

Model description:
Transportation:
While lifting the transformer during transportation and installation, four welded lifting lugs should be used together to share the total weight of the transformer and oil fit-in. Keep the lifting rope with an angle not greater than 30 degree from the vertical. Otherwise, it is necessary to use special intermediate beam.
In order to assurance reliable fastening, all the fastening pieces used in this product are retainer nut. While during transportation, enable the transformer with enough stability, the scope angle should not greater than 15 degree. When move it, prevent it form damage and vibration.
Test and storage
1.After the consumer receiving the transformer, the appearance of transformer should be checked immediately:
· Make sure all main and accessory parts are all together and without damage
· if any oil leakage or not
· Make sure all porcelain bushings in transformer have no sign of damage or fracture.
· Make sure the figure in the nameplate agree with contract and ex-factory documents complete or not.
If there is any damage or default, send notice to the Selling Department of Tianan Electric and its carrier.
2 Transformer can be stored outside if not be used immediately.
