IE class KYN44A Metal-clad Mid-mounted AC switchgear (hereinafter called as “switchgear”) designed by Ningbo Tianan (Group) Co., Ltd is a 3~10kV three phase AC 50 Hz distribution device of single busbar and its sectional system. It is the basic constitution unit of 1E class MV electric power system of nuclear power plant. It will be used in executing emergency shut-down, reactor core cooling containment and reactor radiating by nuclear power plant, or preventing radioactive substance obvious leakage function or supporting function. The switchgear meets IEC298, GB3906, GB13625, IEEE649, IEEE344, HAF003, etc. It can prevent pushing and pulling circuit breaker handcart on load, opening circuit breaker incorrectly, making circuit breaker when earthing switch is close, straying live bay and preventing divide the breaker and earthing switch interlocked function.
It is fitted with VEP vacuum circuit breaker and VEC vacuum contactor from Xiamen Huadian Switchgear Co., Ltd, and is a distribution unit with superior performance.
