Ordering notice:
Please provide these following materials while ordering:
A. Scheme number of major loop and single wire system diagram,
pareto diagram;
B. Layout wiring diagram of secondary loop, terminal pareto
diagram;
C. Type, specification, quantity of electric components inside the
switchgear;
D. If without any request for the material and specification of
busbar from customers, they come up with manufacturer'requirement;
E. If the switchgear is used in special environmental condition, it
should be marked while ordering;
F. If without any request, the switchgear colour is up to the
manufacturer'standards;
G. Stored energy, control, voltage of signal power supply of the
auxiliary circuit;
H. Usage of each side of GIS;
I. Variety and quantity of spare parts and accessories needed.
Product feature:
The DXG-40.5(Z) GIS is suitable for power plant, substation,
combined substation and electric power system, which is three phase
indoor AC single busbar and sectioning single busbar with 50Hz,
35kV rated voltage, used to control, accept and distribute electric
power.
Hoisting,Transportation,Acceptance and Storage
a)Hoisting:see the following diagram;
b)Transportation:the products can be packaged and shipped after passing the factory inspection.During packaging, the products are fixed on the bottom bracket with bolts.During transportation,they are only allowed to be placed vertically,and shall not be inverted,tilted or rolled;
c)Acceptance:check and accept the whole panel and accessories according to the product packing list;
d)Storage:before final installation,the products shall be stored in the dry warehouse in the original packaging.If they cannot be stored in the warehouse,moisture-prooftreatmentshall be carried out.
