3. The cross wires are fed from the hopper device automatically and is controlled by step motor. The hopper device has more capacity can load max 1.5tons rebar.

4. Mesh drawing system is controlled by Panasonic servo-motor that adopts elastic tension and opening positioning mesh, which improves the precision of mesh opening size.

5,The machine equips with 13 pieces of typical and efficient water-cooling transformers, 200KVA*13(26 pcs of water cooling electrodes) ——every two welding heads need a water cooling transformer.

6, Wire feeding way:The longitudinal wires and cross wires should be pre-straightened and pre-cut. The longitudinal wires should be inserted into the slot tunnel by manual work or inserted into the wire feeding car first, then send by Panasonic servo motor.
