【Descriptions】

This product is a widely-used high light water-based varnish. It owns the features of fast curing speed, rub resistance, water proof and etc. It has high gloss and excellent adhesion on kinds of materials.

【Application】

Varnising for flexographic printing, gravure printing and roller coating. It should be put into specific usage after relevant test. If confirmed, put into mass production.

• Excellent gold stamping property. Can be applied to sorts of hot stamping foil. For good effect of gold stamping, the parameter of gold stamping pressure, temperature, speed and etc should be adjusted to a reasonable scope.

6 months/ 25℃ (Sealed storage in air and dry indoor environment.)

【Dilution】

You are advised to use original ink directly. If the viscosity is too high, use water and alcohol 1:1 to dilute directly to a relevant printing viscosity.

【Dampening coating volume】

About 2~8g/m². The specific usage volume depends on the actual printing condition and demand.
