Why can't I load a 140CPU65860 with Unity Pro 7.0?

The 140CPU65860 was not available in the Unity Pro version 7.0, it was introduced in V8.0 and will need to upgrade to get that controller in the pick list.
Note: The Quantum product line will be obsoleted on 12/1/2018 and the recommended replacement for this is the M580 with Uniyty Pro software as of 10/1/2018 it is version 12.
