Precision and Efficiency Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Machine for
Accurate Pressure Measurements
Product use:
The PVC Plastic Pipe Hydrostatic Burst Pressure Testing Machine,
designed to conform to ASTM D1598 standards for plastic pipe
hydrostatic pressure testing, is engineered to determine two
critical metrics for thermoplastic pipes and composite pipes
(including PP-R, PP-B, PP-A, PE, PE-X, PVC, PVC-U, PVC-C, and
aluminum-plastic composite pipes, etc.): the damage resistance time
under conditions of long-term constant internal pressure and
constant temperature, and the maximum pressure value of
instantaneous burst.
This machine stands as an indispensable testing instrument for
plastic pipe manufacturers and testing institutions, supporting
rigorous quality validation and compliance assessment processes.
Features:
1.This machine features an advanced structural design and
pressurizes the airless hydraulic system (with water as the
medium), ensuring safe and reliable operation.
2.Equipped with solenoid valves, each channel is configured with
two branches. Leveraging an advanced pressure control method
aligned with technologies from Germany and Denmark, the electric
valves for pressure boosting and replenishment can adjust their
operating frequency and timing respectively based on the preset
program and test requirements. This enables rapid and precise
pressure replenishment for large-diameter PE pipe samples, allowing
the instrument to be widely applied to PE pipes with diameters
ranging from DN20 to DN630. Additionally, it achieves high pressure
control accuracy (better than ±1%, with a maximum precision of
±0.001 MPa).
3.When a sample completes testing, ruptures, or leaks, it will not
interfere with the ongoing tests of other channels. This enables
simultaneous testing of pipes with different specifications,
models, and materials.
4.The machine is equipped with a power failure protection function.
In the event of a power outage (due to any cause), test data will
be automatically recovered once power is restored, with all
original test data preserved.
